Larrabee company was founded in 1976 and is, by design, a manufacturer’s representative agency dedicated to serving construction and industrial distribution in Northern California, Hawaii and Northern Nevada.

Larrabee Company brings a degree of enthusiasm, knowledge and leadership not often found within our industry. Our agency is recognized for being an ambitious, accessible, service-oriented group of professionals, dedicated to both it’s distribution network as well as the many quality manufacturers that it represents. Our objective is providing consistent sales growth and strong market penetration for the manufacturer, while offering our distributor partners a complete marketing support mechanism.

Our Facility

The Larrabee Company warehouse and offices are situated in Hayward, California near the I-880 and 92 west freeways. Our location provides easy access, and is in a convenient position to support the regular traffic patterns used by many distributors in Northern California. We maintain a warehousing area of approximately 29,000 sq. ft with both dock high and parking lot loading available for customer will call and common carrier shipping.

Ronald Fleener Principal

Ron joined the Larrabee Company in 1991 as a territory representative. He maintains territory responsibilities for several major accounts in the East Bay and the Reno marketplace. He enjoys the marketing and promotional activity challenges the company divisions offer and works hard to provide sound sales management to our associates and customer service departments.

I come to Larrabee with over 30 years of accounting and customer service experience. My career has been in the automotive industry but i am excited to be continuing my career in a new industry.

I have three grown sons and have been blessed with a granddaughter and soon to be blessed with a grandson.

Dan is our newest addtition to our team. Dan spent the last decade in retail management before coming to Larrabee. Prior to that Dan worked in the construction industry working for a large STAFDA distributor.

Vicki Account Services

Vicki joined Larrabee in august 2009 after spending years in customer service for both manufacturers and a construction & industrial representative. She is a proficient communicator ready to serve the needs of the distributors and manufacturers. In addition to being the manufacturer’s liasion for unistrut, vicki is responsible for Larrabee’s online marketing initiative.

Jim anchors our customer service team with customer service experience stretching back to the 90's with factories such as Louisville Ladder and Powers. Jim has been proudly married for 38 years with one daughter and spends his spare time enjoying fishing and hiking. Jim is our resident expert in ladders, scaffolding and Unistrut.

Jon Garcia Account Services

I joined Larrabee on November 1, 2017. Prior to joining Larrabee, I spent 15 years in warehousing, 10 years of that I was managing the warehouse. I then went into inside sales, bidding on construction projects, helping with accounts receivable and accounts payable. I have been married for 10 years and I have 2 handsome sons.


Lisa Reigel, QSSP Business Development Manager

Lisa joined Larrabee Company in July 2018. She is a long-term resident of Northern California and has been in the industry over 10 years. Lisa has her QSSP (Qualified Safety Sales Professional) designation. She has supported customers and safety professionals working for both distributors and manufacturers in the Public and Private Sectors. Previous managers have commended her ability to learn quickly, connect easily with customers and understand and embrace company and customer initiatives with ease.

During Lisa’s tenure with Grainger, she was the recipient of the Wow the Customer Pinnacle of Excellence Award. A reputation for dedication to customer service has been enjoyed by Lisa throughout her career, including the years she ran her own Bay Area business. Lisa and her husband are both dedicated safety professionals. In their personal time, they love travel, good food and wine, and spending time with friends, family and their dog.

Rick Fetherkile Territory Manager  

Rick has been in the construction supply industry for over 20 years, he has been regional mgr of a major construction supply company overseeing sales and operations. Rick has served as regional manager of a rebar cutting and tying company and as director of sales and marketing for a fall protection manufacturer. He has experience in the fields of stafda, mechanical, plumbing and heating along with experience in the roofing industry. Rick will cover the 101 corridor from San Jose, CA to the Oregon border.

Dennis Thiessen Territory Manager

Dennis recently joined our team as the territory manager for the Central Valley I-5 corridor. He brings over 25 years of sales, management, marketing and business growth expertise from the health and automotive industries. Dennis has the enthusiastic and energetic attitude that relates well with others, including manufacturers and sales people.

Cory Winborn Territory Manager

Cory joined our team in december 2015 as inside sales. Cory has joined our outside sales team territory manager contra Costa-East Bay. His product knowledge gained over the past few years, and his proficient communication helps serve the needs of the distributors and manufacturers.
